First of all, I wish to congratulate and thank University for Peace United Nations – ECPD and Gual Periok Foundation for the successful implementation of collaborative projects for world’s unity in terms of peace, harmony, tranquillity and prosperity.

Formation of this international movement through Eurasian Bridges for Peace provides space for collaborating oneness of thoughts, knowledge and experiences to manifest outreach development projects by concentrating efforts to eradicate poverty issues through two (2) angles, which are knowledge poverty and the other, life’s poverty. Both illnesses have plagued mankind universally and these issues need to be addressed to find ways to overcome them.

Manifestation of Eurasian Bridges for Peace allows world thinkers to find solutions to dilemmas related to harmony the world is currently facing. Such solution is much sought after by the world as it has begun to accept the fact that contents of the Al Quran and Al Quranic philosophy can be made fundamental to the world’s unity with the emergence of peace and prosperity generated from philosophies inculcated by the Al Quranic philosophy.

Therefore, discussions held between University for Peace United Nations-ECPD and Gual Periok Foundation, the 2019 Kuala Lumpur Declaration triumphed in collaborating ingenious initiatives, thinking and capabilities; bringing us here today to the officiating of Eurasian Bridges for Peace United Nations which is in the midst of outlining projects that will be launched in stages.

The Economic Zone Project of Eurasian Bridges for Peace United Nations implemented in Kuala Berang, Terengganu through the People Help People project is expected to increase yield amongst selected poor families with the intention to bring wealth and easiness into their lives through such projects. At the same time, the Eurasian Bridges for Peace United Nations project has endorsed Al Quranic Philosophy as the world’s new teaching ingredient. Its initial project has brought overwhelming results with the formation of fourteen (14) pioneer groups.

The world’s aspiration to acquire an Al Quranic community must not be based on religious teachings or indoctrinated religious teachings. Instead, such aspiration becomes reality through those who have not been taught about the religion as they undeniably advocate practical use of the Al Quran similar to them donning their daily clothes. Thus, this aspiration is not a mere fantasy as it will become a reality through the implementation of Advanced Diploma in Al Quranic Philosophy offered by University for Peace and extended worldwide intensifying interests among people.

It is my humble hope that the collaborative initiative implemented between University for Peace United Nations – ECPD and Gual Periok Foundation achieves success while all participating parties need to enthusiastically contribute their part to accomplish this project’s objectives that have been meticulously planned while promoting peace and prosperity portrayed as genuine universal humanity.
