The Al Quranic Philosophy Programme
Perjalanan penubuhan program pengajian ini bermula pada tahun 2019, membawa kepada penubuhan rasmi Institut Falsafah Al Quran Sdn. Bhd. pada tahun 2025.

Permulaan kerjasama dengan University for Peace UN-ECPD
Dato' Dr. Halo-N mengadakan conjoint aktiviti dan kerjasama diantara Yayasan Gual Periok dengan Eurasian Bridges Project – University for Peace UN-ECPD, Belgrade. Beliau mencadangkan "Gual Periok Chair of Philosophical Thought" dan memperkenalkan Modul Pengajian Advanced Diploma Falsafah Al Quran (Al Fathun Nawa Jilid 9), lalu diberi status sebagai Philosopher D'outreach Professor.

Kelas pertama dibuka
Program Advanced Diploma Falsafah Al Quran (2 tahun) bermula secara rasmi dengan pengambilan 14 orang mahasiswa. Dato' Dr. Halo-N bertindak sebagai Dekan Fakulti, Dr. Hasbullah Zakaria sebagai Timbalan Dekan, dan Encik Mohd Fadir Embong sebagai Pengarah Institut.
Pelantikan ke Academic Council of the ECPD
Dato' Dr. Halo-N dilantik sebagai Academic Council of the ECPD, UN University for Peace, menggantikan tempat kekosongan oleh Distinguished Diplomat and Islamic Scholar Professor Idris Jazairy yang telah meninggal dunia.
Konvokesyen pertama
Kesemua 14 orang mahasiswa perintis berjaya menamatkan pengajian. Majlis Konvokesyen Pertama dilangsungkan bersempena World Philosophy Day 2022 di Berjaya Time Square, Kuala Lumpur, dengan pensijilan rasmi disempurnakan oleh University for Peace UN-ECPD, Belgrade.

Program Diploma Perguruan diperkenalkan
Program Diploma Perguruan Falsafah Al Quran (1 tahun) mula ditawarkan bagi melatih tenaga pengajar masa hadapan. 8 orang graduan terbaik daripada kumpulan perintis Advanced Diploma dipilih untuk kelas pertama.
Kehilangan Dekan Pengajian
Dato' Dr. Halo-N, Dekan Pengajian, dipanggil pulang ke rahmatullah — satu ujian berat bagi program pengajian.
Penubuhan rasmi Institut Falsafah Al Quran Sdn. Bhd.
Berikutan perubahan penstrukturan pentadbiran dan berakhirnya kerjasama dengan Eurasian Bridges Project – UN-ECPD, Institut Falsafah Al Quran Sdn. Bhd. (IFAQ) (1626092-M) ditubuhkan secara rasmi di bawah SSM. Sebagai penghormatan, Dato' Dr. Halo-N dikekal dan diabadikan sebagai Dekan Pengajian. Kepimpinan diteruskan oleh Dr. Hasbullah Zakaria (Timbalan Dekan), Dr. Mohd Fadir Embong (Pengerusi Eksekutif & Ketua Pensyarah), Dr. Azman Adnan (CEO & Senior Lecturer), dan Cikgu Zulkifly Hashim (Pendaftar & Senior Lecturer).
Konvokesyen kedua & kerjasama antarabangsa
IFA menjalin kerjasama strategik dengan WPF University-USE (Athens, Greece) bagi pensijilan antarabangsa. Majlis Konvokesyen Kedua dilangsungkan bersempena World Philosophy Day 2025 di Hotel Renaissance, Kuala Lumpur — 12 mahasiswa Advanced Diploma, 8 mahasiswa Diploma Perguruan, dan 4 mahasiswa Ph.D menerima pensijilan rasmi daripada WPF University-USE.

Jaringan akademik global berkembang
Kerjasama strategik turut dijalin bersama Prinsconser University, Peru, dan beberapa pusat pengajian lain di seluruh dunia bagi memperkenalkan buku Al Fathun Nawa dan Pengajian Falsafah Al Quran anjuran Dato' Dr. Halo-N.
Collaboration with University for Peace UN-ECPD begins
Dato' Dr. Halo-N initiated a conjoint activity and collaboration between Yayasan Gual Periok and the Eurasian Bridges Project – University for Peace UN-ECPD, Belgrade. He proposed the "Gual Periok Chair of Philosophical Thought" and introduced the Advanced Diploma in Al Quranic Philosophy module (Al Fathun Nawa Volume 9), and was conferred the status of Philosopher D'outreach Professor.

First cohort begins
The Advanced Diploma in Al Quranic Philosophy programme (2 years) officially commenced with an enrolment of 14 students. Dato' Dr. Halo-N served as Dean of Faculty, Dr. Hasbullah Zakaria as Deputy Dean, and Mr. Mohd Fadir Embong as Director of the Institute.
Appointed to the Academic Council of the ECPD
Dato' Dr. Halo-N was appointed to the Academic Council of the ECPD, UN University for Peace, filling the vacancy left by the late Distinguished Diplomat and Islamic Scholar Professor Idris Jazairy.
First convocation
All 14 pioneering students successfully completed their studies. The First Convocation Ceremony was held in conjunction with World Philosophy Day 2022 at Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur, with official certification conferred by University for Peace UN-ECPD, Belgrade.

Teaching Diploma introduced
The Teaching Diploma in Al Quranic Philosophy (1 year) was introduced to prepare future educators. Eight outstanding graduates from the pioneering Advanced Diploma cohort were selected for the first intake.
Loss of the Dean of Faculty
Dato' Dr. Halo-N, Dean of Faculty, passed away — a profound loss for the academic programme.
Formal Incorporation of Institut Falsafah Al Quran Sdn. Bhd.
Following administrative restructuring and the end of the collaboration with the Eurasian Bridges Project – UN-ECPD, Institut Falsafah Al Quran Sdn. Bhd. (IFAQ) (1626092-M) was officially incorporated under the SSM. As tribute, Dato' Dr. Halo-N's position was retained and commemorated as Dean of Faculty. Leadership continued under Dr. Hasbullah Zakaria (Deputy Dean), Dr. Mohd Fadir Embong (Executive Chairman & Head Lecturer), Dr. Azman Adnan (CEO & Senior Lecturer), and Cikgu Zulkifly Hashim (Registrar & Senior Lecturer).
Second convocation & international partnership
IFA formed a strategic collaboration with WPF University-USE (Athens, Greece) for international certification. The Second Convocation Ceremony was held in conjunction with World Philosophy Day 2025 at Renaissance Hotel, Kuala Lumpur — 12 Advanced Diploma, 8 Teaching Diploma, and 4 Ph.D. students received official certification from WPF University-USE.

Global academic network expands
Strategic partnerships continue to form, including with Prinsconser University, Peru, and other institutions worldwide, introducing Al Fathun Nawa and the Al Quranic Philosophy programme pioneered by Dato' Dr. Halo-N to a wider international audience.
